However, breed restrictions apply to Akitas, Bullmastiffs (Presa Canarios), Boxers, Chows, German Shepherds, Huskies, American Staffordshire Terriers, American Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Wolf Hybrids, and any mixes of these breeds.
Residents are required to pay a one-time pet fee of $400 for one pet or $650 for two pets, plus a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet.
